At Pure Pilates KL, our mission is to enrich and empower our clients to get stronger, feel better and move more efficiently. All sessions are BY APPOINTMENT ONLY and must be pre-booked. No drop-ins.
PRIVATE (1:) PILATES
A 55 minute, 1:1 session utilizing the Pilates studio equipment. Highly recommended if you have never taken Pilates before, are injured/have not exercise in a long time or want to explore the Classical Pilates method. This allows the instructor to cater a program to your needs.
Virtual training available.
TRIO (3:1) APPARATUS CLASS
This session may utilize the traditional Matwork, the springs/bar of the Cadillac in a specialized Tower unit, chairs, barrels, and small props. A full body workout that will work you deeply to the core.
