At Pure Pilates KL, our mission is to enrich and empower our clients to get stronger, feel better and move more efficiently. All sessions are BY APPOINTMENT ONLY and must be pre-booked. No drop-ins.
A 55 minute, 1:1 session utilizing the Pilates studio equipment. Highly recommended if you have never taken Pilates before, are injured/have not exercise in a long time or want to explore the Classical Pilates method. This allows the instructor to cater a program to your needs.
In-studio and virtual sessions available
Max 3 participants. Form your own group or join an open class on a drop-in basis.
This class may utilize the traditional Matwork, the Tower unit, Wunda Chairs, barrels, and/or small props. A full body workout that will work you deeply to the core.
SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Max 6 in a class. Virtual sessions available.

You will be taken through the traditional series of floor work exercises designed to create body alignment, balanced muscles and core strength while improving overall flexibility.
