All sessions are BY APPOINTMENT ONLY and must be pre-booked. No drop-ins.
A 55 minute, 1:1 session utilizing the Pilates studio equipment. Highly recommended if you have never taken Pilates before, are injured/have not exercise in a long time or want to explore the Classical Pilates method. This allows the instructor to cater a program to your needs.
A 55 minute, 2:1 session utilizing the Pilates studio equipment such as the Mat, Tower units, Wunda Chairs and barrels.

A semi-private session for max 3 participants.
This class may utilize the traditional mat exercises, the springs/bar of the Cadillac in a specialized Tower unit, Wunda Chairs, barrels, and small props. Working with springs and having the support of barrels will allow you to find deeper connections, and experience exercises in a new way.

SMALL GROUP FITNESS
A small group class (max 5) where you will be taken through the traditional series of floor work exercises designed to create body alignment, balanced muscles and core strength while improving overall flexibility. All you need is a mat, optional light arm weights and towel.
Please make sure you book into the appropriate level class. Virtual sessions available.
A fun, energetic class (max 5) that fuses ballet fitness, Pilates and core conditioning exercises. Virtual sessions available.
